Sammly's services are provided on a best-efforts professional basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as digital marketing results are affected by factors beyond our control such as search engine algorithm changes and market competition. Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the services in question.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all business and strategic information shared with us by clients, and will not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

6. Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms are specified in the service agreement concluded with each client. In the event of cancellation, the refund policy set out in the agreement applies. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from them shall be referred to the competent courts in Cairo.

8. Amendments

Sammly reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
